高密医院改扩建实践与探索

摘要　本文以医院（以下简称“山医大二院”）西院区改扩建方案为例，通过总结、梳理高密医院设计的适宜策略，探讨了城市织补、空间退让等城市空间设计方法，以及复合功能、立体叠加等建筑空间组织模式在医疗建筑设计中的应用。从充分利用原有建筑、优化现有医疗动线、分期建设入手，规划、医院改扩建方案，提升现有院区整体品质。本文从社会、市民、患者、医院员工等多重视角，探讨医院设计的可能性与适用性，以期补充和完善医院设计策略，并为后续研究提供思路。关键词　医院；高密度；城市空间；改扩建
